Orders
All orders must be sent in writing via e-mail or, for authorized users, through the portal and must indicate the conditions (return, payment, packaging, etc.) as well as indicate the agreed prices.
Prices
Unless special agreements, orders will be processed according to the prices in force in the current price list expressed in € (EURO) and are to be understood net of VAT and replace the previous ones by canceling them in full, together with any other prior communication on the matter.
A.Piovan reserves the right to change the prices of the price list, without prior notice. In case of discrepancy respect to the prices indicated in the order received, we will send the confirmation with the new quotations to be authorized.
Shipping
The material is shipped carriage forward or with the carriage fee charged on the invoice unless special agreements agreed between the parties. The goods travel at the buyer’s risk in the event of carriage forward and we will not be held responsible for any problems caused by the recipient or by the courier chosen by the same.
Failures, shortages or damage occurred during transport by courier must be reported to the shipper indicating them in the delivery document both in case of delivery carriage forward and in case of transport by our own courier. In case of delivery carriage forward we are not responsible in any way for damage and/or breakages occurred during transport. Any complaint must be addressed to the courier chosen by the customer. Any complaint for goods received and not compliant with the order must be notified in writing no later than 10 days of receipt.
Returns goods
Returns of goods due to cancellation of orders or errors in the formulation of the order must be returned CARRIAGE FREE (therefore transport costs to be paid by the customer) to A.Piovan srl prior to our written authorization, following your specific request. The goods sent without authorization number will be rejected to the sender. The shipment must be sent indicating on the document of transport the authorization number (RMA). The goods returned for wrong order may give rise to a flat rate reduction of the credit to cover the costs of management, control and restocking.
Payment
The payment term must be previously agreed and authorized by A.Piovan srl. Any delay in payment will automatically cause the suspension of deliveries and any other service or performance in progress. Without prejudice to the legal actions that A.Piovan intends to pursue, a monthly interest of 2% will also be applied on the amount of the value due, calculated from the due date to the date of actual payment.
Claims for compensation for delivery delays and non-conformities produced by
A.Piovan srl that do not recognize any charge for delayed delivery and / or any costs for both machine downtime and disassembly of parts unless otherwise agreed by the legal representative. In the absence of this, any request for a charge will be rejected for any reason. In case of non-conformity of the products, if proven, our responsibility is limited to the replacement of the part, if available.
Product warranty
The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of sale.
Any warranty application will lapse if there is a bad use of our products, such as incorrect installations, tampering with details, maintenance omissions and any other form of negligence on the part of the installer or user.
A.Piovan assumes no responsibility for damage caused by the improper use of its products.
