4.0 Rubber compound Manufacturing
More than 200 active compound recipes with different rubber basis, all manufactured in the 4,0 cutting edge internal unit for the best history and repeatability.
From 12 sh A up to Ebonite, we manufacture most of the rubber compound elastomeric basis also mixed between them, in a fully integrated mixing line for custom rubber compounds.

At the present time we can rubberize rollers with diameter up to 1800 mm and length up to 8,5 meters.

Dynamic and static roller balancing for item over 25 kg of weight.
