Rewinding Rubber Double Layer Mandrel Sleeve for Coils
The double-layer mandrel rubber sleeve for coils has a harder layer on the inside to give structure and a softer layer on the outside for a gentler action at the beginning of winding, particularly for thinner sheets.
The mandrel rubber sleeve allows fast adaptation of different coil sizes, unlike reel overcoils, it allows rapid change, thus reducing tooling times, improves grip on the sheet metal and reduces possible initial unwinding defects.
