In the embossing process, through the combined processing of the “thousand points” cylinder and the rubberized cylinder, it allows to increase the volume and create patterns on different types of finished products.
For this reason, A.Piovan has introduced various compounds for different types of embossing (toilet paper, kitchen paper, etc.).
The A.Piovan compounds have been developed to optimize the NIP in the face of a reduction in the pressure applied between the cylinders, thus ensuring the best mechanical performance required based on the specific application requested by the customer.
