A small element, repeated hundreds of times and assembled on a chain conveyor, becomes an essential component in a pipe and profile transport system. It forms the mechanical interface between the traction chain and the transported product, ensuring controlled grip, shock absorption, and protection of the transported material from scratches or localized deformations.
PU elements can undergo thousands of cycles per day, alternating loading and unloading phases, as well as thermal shocks due to ambient temperature variations or the heat transmitted by the products in the hot-rolled lines.
